renasa does not respond and does not want to pay claims

still no response from renasa , my slot is close to being revoked , renasa does not reply to emails , zelo seems to be working from home not answering calls , tiara doesnt respond to emails , miway have a 4 star rating , renasa is one , im sure if the ratings could go in the negetive they should be in the minus , they dont like paying for claims , please donot insure with renasa , had they rep**** i wouldnat least give them a neutral rating , stay away .....
