Renasa and axsure they hurting us

Policy number INS*** CLAIM NUMBER SPM592554 I had an accident 2020/12/11 my car was write off then my insurance said they still investigating since they claim that iwas driving 98km/h I explained to them I did speed to avoid collision with the car that was overtaking another vehicle n dat vehicle drove on my lane I then try to avoid the head to head collision then i hit the silver steel n my car was damaged so as far as i know in South Africa the General speed limit outside urban areas is 100km/h on that road there is no speed limit sign I don't know why they rejected my claim all I want is for dem to pay my claim
