Refusing payout on my motor claim

I am utterly disgusted about the service I have received from the the insurance that I have been paying monthly installment to. On the 10th of October 2019, I was involved in an accident. I submitted my claim, to my surprise after they have delayed the process, they came back, declining my claim saying that "As per the Tracker Trip Report, you were travelling at a calculated speed of +-142km/h, moments before impact. This is in excess of the suggested 120km/h" . This is a false statement because as per the trip report, it's reflects that the 142km/h speed was about 2 minutes before the accident, which is very far from where the accident took place and it does show after that, that the speed had been reduced to 76km/h and then went up to 100km/h, so the accident happened while driving at 100km/h on a 120km/h zone hence their statement is not true, highlighting the word "moments". What happens to the 2 recorded speeds on the trip lock? They are being manipulative to the system, letting clients pay the insurance and when it's time for the cover to work for you, they come with all sort of lies so that they do not pay. Such companies need to be screened and probably have operating license taken or banned. The car in question was being used for business and was very helpful as I was able to support my family. It is really bad to have lucrative companies *****ing monies from us.
