Receiving a bad service

I have a claim on Keys and Lock and TV that was ****** during the break in at my House. I submitted a claim on the 23 September and Scott Gombard from RENASA Cape Town Claims management is strugling to interpret a clause in their policy wording. he rejected a locks and keys claim without even looking at the policy wording. when I refered him to the policy wording he still rejected the claim saying that the lock will be covered under Malicious damage in building cover, which is not the case as Malicious damage is not a cover for burglary.

In claiming for the TV that was ****** Scott said the onus of proof rest with the client and I asked what proof must I submit as I do not have the receipt as the TV was bought over 2 years ago. the broker said I can submit a photo or receipt. I then submitted a photo and I was told that it is not acceptable. I dont know the model number as I bought a TV which was a 60 inch, Sony Bravia. Renasa is not telling what I need to submit as a proof if I dont have a receipt and and they dont accept Photo as proof. I feel being victimised because I challenge his interpretation of Locks and keys.

THis is bad service i mean to have the staff contradicting themselves. and not interpreting policy wording correctly. this means you will only know during the claim that you are not covered because staff cant interpret what is in front of them. my claim number is SPM 303472/9/16
