After a accident made by a renasa insurance client .there is only problems.i submit a claim then they said i am a 3d party claim .Ok theay send the claim to there legal department.After struggling wit the legal departmen for allmost 3 months now , they came out with a thum suck story not to pay out.Video footage af the accident , shows how there client failed to stop .So first they send a quantum .The quantum goes into the negative .I tryed for days to get a answer why .Eventuly they let me know that i am held 40%liable for there clients damages.Again a strugle to find out why am i held responsible .Realy i mean the light was green for me .Then they came up wit this .This is how they explain it .Both vehicles were in motion , and that both vehicles DID NOT HAD ABSOLUTLY RIGHT OF WAY .even if the ligt is green for me .And that i did not cross with caution .i mean look at the footage .please help this people right here
