Pay out delayed

<p>After signing AOL documents on 24/01/2017 my pay out was to happen 24/02/2017 as per them. On 09/02/2017 I sent a mail to confirm if all is on track and in process, the came back to confirm payment will be finalized on the 24/02/2017. On the 20th I sent another email "I want to confirm that payment will reflect by 24/02/2017 as planned?" They responded that they can only confirm on the 22nd. No feedback received on the 22nd. So on the 24th (the payment due date) I sent a mail to confirm if the payment will reflect. Feedback received: "Accounts department confirmed Monday Latest." Today is monday and still no payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very unprofessional service I have received from Renasa - I did not waist time with signing the documents why are they delaying the payment. They had a month to ensure the payment is made, if this is the way anybody is treated I would never recommend anyone to take insurance with them.</p>
