Pathetic Customer Services by Renasa Car insurance

My Vehicle was not getting started as it was like a completely dead situation and none of the light was displaying all over . 1)as soon as i was done with refilling of Petrol etc. I immediately Called Oak Sure Call center services on *** ( Insurance Samurai Brokers) and they did not even take the call even me holding for almost 20 minutes and trying again all Over.

2) I then Contacted Cartrack team on their support center as this was told at the time of buying Insurance policy through Oaksure( Insurance Samurai Brokers )to me that Cartrack team also shall help me if in case I am stuck into some emergency but to my Surprise Consultant from Cartrack said that my plan does not cover any road side assistance from them and I must Only Contact my Insurance broker agency , which felt me like cheated as this was not something I was told and if this is the case then Why I am repaying the monthly premium for car track alongwith renasa ?

Such a pathetic services in the country and no customer service at all.

I am logging this issue in OTSI cell as soon as lock down is lifted and want to penalise them
