No response after repairs
Repairs were made to my vehicle in Oct 2014 and I have paid the excess. However, I have been trying to follow up on the excess and whether or not I will be refunded as Renasa should be claiming against the other individuals insurance as the accident was not my fault.<br> Last I spoke with Romeo, I was advised that this is sitting with the legal admin department and they would provide feedback. <br> I also tried to email Vanitha at the new brokers, but she doesn't even reply. We used to get great service, but recently the service quality has really gone down. Not sure if it is due to the new brokers.

In order to refund an excess, Insurers need to recover from the negligent party. This generally takes time.
