No Reply to 4 emails sent.

They drove into my wife while she was standing still at a robot and told us to get two quotation. They admitted to the accident. They off course choose the cheapest one and then their assessor scratched out accessories on the quotation saying its not needed and the prices was incorrect to the value of R 10 000.<br> <br> I then asked them how and what methodology was used and this is when they ignoring started. I sent 4 emails with read receipt but received absolutely no reply. Its now almost 3 months since the accident and I'm still driving around in an unfixed vehicle.<br> <br> I asked for the Ombudsman number and was ignored as well. I hope i will get a reply before the panel shops close for their December Break.<br> <br> No happy at all and hope to receive a reply from them soon.
