NO PAYMENT

I refer to a complaint written on 25/8/15 about Renasa. After my complaint, a director of Renasa instructed payment to be done immediately, even though no original documents are receive .Stefan promised to do payment, but nothing happened. They were waiting for MFC to send the original registration document and I assist by communication directly to Frans at MFC. Stefan told me that payment has been loaded- the delay is at MFC. Once they receive the original document, payment will be released same day. On Monday 7/09 they receive the document from MFC - payment was not loaded and not paid. Stefan promised at worse scenario the funds will be IN OUR ACCOUNT by Friday - still nothing. I called the head office this morning held the line for about 20 min but nobody at complaints answered. Stefan could not explain why payment was not done. In the meantime we receive our policy schedule with the new vehicle - Insurance instalment for only the one vehicle R1973 - I can buy a new car... we need to pay, but claims do not get paid . Only promises the one day after another... Don't know what to do any more. I would like to warn people out there to think double before insure with Renasa..
