No assistance recieved.
I do not have a good experience with Renasa,I did my claim in May 2021 and till today I have not been updated or advised of the outcome. When I send emails im being told that my query is still with Renasa. So my car is still not fixed and I don't know what will happen going forward after I have been so much patient with the company.
