Never trust their policy schedule, they are misleading

I have a claim for my fridge that was registered on 3 November. My claim was repudiated, yet the cover that is stated as the reason for repudiation is clearly noted as covered on the policy schedule. I am now left with a fridge that is not working, and my groceries have spoiled.
