I want my car to be paid i had insurance for this unforseen situations
I was involved in a car accident 27 february 2021 my car was a right off but the insurance Renasa (Axsure administrator )says they wont pay for my car since i had a drink and driving case that was withdrawn against me they say i should have informed them about the case while they never advise me on that when ee were doing the phone contract they send me documents to they say i have agreed in the contract of which is the first time i hear that i should advise an insurer on those allegations but they say they wont my car

06 Jun 2021, 11:40My still not being paid they just saythey are investigating i dont know for what because i have submitted everything they required but still they are not paying my car because the real reason yhey don't want to pay my car is i only paid three premiums so they are running away to pay because they have never benefited cause my car was still brand new so they have to pay R300000 while they have only collected three premiums so thats the real reason they dont want to pay my this insurance company is a Problem
