How insurance should be done 101

<p>We have a claim for damages to our motorcycle.</p> <p>The quotes came to over write-off value but we insisted that the damage could be repaired and bmw found someone that agreed.</p> <p>The quote was then so low that we were informed that Renasa would rather pay us out and we could then have it repaired. </p> <p>We gave bmw the go ahead a week after returning the AOL on the 22nd of march. Now the bike is done and we have still received payout despite being informed last week payment was going to be made ASAP.</p>
