horrible experince

i never came to such heart troubling experience in my life. My car was in accident on the 01.12.2019 claim was submit on the 04th of December. after calling many time they decided to write off my car and asked for settlement letter from finance house. that was 11.12.2019 since than i haven’t got much response only thing ive been told they are waiting for final verdict if they are going to pay or nt. that should have go hand in hand when they decided to write off the car. im in pain about my car they are making thing worse by nt responding. until today im still waiting for final verdict my heart is heavy as this was business car trying to get extra income for my family. i dont c myself referring this insurance to anyone.
