Highly disppointed

After such looong wait only gave the decision on the 10.02.2020 and rejecting my claim, saying the tracking device that I had couldn’t give the trip log as the wanted it to get the behavior of the car when the accident happened. they are rejecting even they were supposed to pay only 20% as the car was used for personal use at that time. Their service it beyond the word poor. after such looong wait I’m being rejected. I wonder what I was paying for if I was not to get assisted. I super unhappy with this. SPM516822
