Hi I would like to enquire I have a car insurance with Renasa I had a car accident and when I am trying to claim my insurer tells me that I was not covered during the time of accident reason be that the insurance deducted money on the 27th of Dec 2023 and it bounced after that i called the insurance and ask them y they didn't deduct the money they said to me they will deduct on the 2nd of January 2024 and I must not be worried cos i am still covered. On the 30th of December 2023 i had a car accident when i claim the insurance company tells me that I am not covered and they didn't even deduct money on the 2nd.
