GOING PUBLIC

I have never been treated so poorly in my life I was a passenger in a car accident of a bolt taxi I have had endless grief from Renasa they don't want to cover specialists for further investigation of my injury my injury could turn out to be a serious complication if it is not investigated or treated since August 2024 till today November 25 Th 2024 I've never met anybody in person it's all being over email and it's email after email after email after email after email pushed from one person to another person to another person to another person to another department to another department to another department they are covering for the driver they are covering for themselves and they don't care about the passenger that has been injured in the car accident I do believe my civil rights have been ripped out from underneath me I haven't earned income since August I still have problems my doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon they don't want to pay I was given six and a half thousand Rand to shut me up basically out of desperation I accepted then someone told me I'm stupid because I have got ongoing medical needs ongoing medicine needs loss of earnings to date and possibly the nearest future there service is disgusting their claim agents are bullies and the bottom line is they're really don't care and they do victims dirty.
