EXTREME POOR SERVICE

My vehicle has been in an accident in November 2014. This is how many moths now and I have to pay the vehicle every month with no use of the vehicle. Everyone has some excuse as to why the vehicle is not ready yet. No one return my calls. I have even asked for a meeting with the Insurance, me and the Assessor but that can also not be done. The latest is that the turbo of the vehicle must be repaired now at our own cost, after the vehicle was still driving and nothing was wrong with it before the accident. How long must I still wait??? The applicable panel beaters also did some extra repairs without me giving them any written confirmation to do that and now I must pay and unreasonable amount according to them before I can get my vehicle. I request that this vehicle be written of as it seems to me that I will get the vehicle back with lots of problems that I will be responsible for in the end.CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!
