Don't insure at this company

On 31st Jan 2019, RAPS K9 Law Enforcement vehicle bumped on my car, the Hyundai i20. I was changing the lane from N12 to N3, so just when I got to the N3 lane, the car infront of me immediately stopped due to the traffic which caused me to stop as well. Suddenly I saw the car coming from behind in high speed and bumped my car. After the accident, the Supervisor, his name is James, came to assist regarding the accident and promised to process the claim ASAP but after months I received an email from Renasa saying my claim was rejected. Their reason was that according to Mr. Mbele, I admitted that I was wrong and also said that I will fix my car. I was surprised to hear this name because I never met this person during the accident day, and the driver's name is Mr. Maroga. they just avoiding to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't insure at this company！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

 Dear Susan Li  We refer to your complaint received in our offices on 10th April 2019 under SPM 454842 and write to advise that we have now completed our investigation into the issues raised. Our investigation has established the following:  Please note that liability was denied based on the merits of the claim and we still maintain that  we have no obligations to make a settlement. Third party driver was sole cause of the accident and our client will not be held liable.  Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of our investigation into the matter you may request that this matter be referred to our head of legal and compliance for consideration. Should you wish to escalate the matter as aforesaid, this must be done within 10 (ten) working days of this letter or the furnishing of reasons for our decision if this has not already been done.  Kind regards
