Disturbing and what a *******.

<p>I have had my car for 11 years now , unfortunately I have had 2 accidents this year only ever during my 11 years. My broker is During my first accident Renasa was fine with my claim then they deserved a 4 star rating. Now when I was involved in my second accident , no fault of mine . Renasa has taken 8 days to uplift my car from the towing pound which resulted in an esclated storage cost. Now they say that I must suffer that bill. This is not my incompetency I CANNOT leave my job and tow my car to the panel beaters. Thereafter an assessor takes 3 days to get to the Panel Beaters. The assessor declares that the engine does not have any impact on my accident. I dont think this assessor even knows about cars and accident. I am a lady driver and can offer a more professional report on this matter. An accident definately does affect the engine functionality. My bank account is debitted every month so that Renasa can INSURE ME . Renasa also feels that I should leave their policy . REALLY is this what I should expect from my insurance policy?</p>
