Disgusting! 3 weeks and still waiting for payout!

<p> </p> <p>I go through a broker, Rex Homes brokers and Renasa is the underwriter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a vehicle accident on the 8th August and am still waiting for a report which apparently would take the accessor two days to do. They were there on Monday... today is FRIDAY!</p> <p> </p> <p>The previous week my laptop received water damage and am still waiting for the replacement which has been disgusting as the laptop was insured for R25, 000.00 and the model was a 2011 model. The new model is R35, 000.00 therefore I couldn’t get the new model. I requested for a pay-out instead so could source another model. Renasa stated that the can replace for R18, 000. I requested and was declined?!? What is the difference! I've been paying for a R25, 000 laptop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once this is all finalized I will never do business with Renasa again. </p> <p><br />ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!</p> <p> </p>
