Disappointed customer

I had the WORST WORST service ever with Renasa, took them 2 good months for them to pay out my car, and the pay out came with so many deductions which were never mentioned to me upon taking the deal with them and went through my contract with my broker still nothing. All i can say is RTU insurance are the biggest ********. By the way if you don't follow up with them they never bother updating you on the progress of your claim, my broker and i went back and forth with Melissa
