I am disgruntled person on the 27th of September in the morning a bakkie insured by Renasa from a company called Snowball Herotel company hit me hard by turning into me while i was crossinga robot. Its suspected tje driver was drunk because normally noone can turn with such speed. The company sent the claim to renasa through onneil brokers and they requested a lot of documents which i emailed to them through one called Nazzlyn khan . All the while there was no report from the company's side only on monday when i called to enquire of the status of the matter was i then told by Nazzlyn Khan that their client had said i had crossed a red robot. The junction has cameras and robots and it was in the morning with traffic already. They today sent me a mail saying we cant repair your vehicle because of that sudden report from their client. It was an horrific accident and no investigation was even done at all. No assessor was even sent to me and its clear i was the one hit.
