Claim Rejection

I am a client of this insurance company, on 29 Dec 2016 at SEYMOUR I was involved in a car accident and my car was written off immediately. I was driving on a two way road facing opposite direction, up until I saw three cars coming infront of me Mazda CX 5 in front with two Ford Rangers behind. As I was approaching them the Second Ford Ranger behind that CX 5 tried to overtake whilst doing that I was close to them then it bumped me on the right side of driver's door then the car started spinning to the other side the road. The police came immediately to the scene started asking questions then took us to the nearest Hospital for blood testing. I submitted my claim in the insurance RENASA on the first week of January 2017, they started requesting accident report from the police which took a month to come out. They appointed an assessor and again they requested driver's statement from the investigation officer which took another month to come out. The assessor could not conclude the case as he was waiting for blood samples result as he was told by an investigating officer that blood samples were despatched to cape town for testing, then towars the end of March 2017 the investigating officer told the insurance that blood samples went missing and they were never been despatched to Cape Town and they have opened a case against other police men. The insurance decided to hire another assessor then this guy came on May 2017 whilst I was still waiting from them to take a decision on this matter. The assessor did his job and I cooperated with him up until when he asked me to give him again number of witnesses that I had on my car that day due to repeatation of resubmitting the same information to the insurance I told him to go and request it from the insurance Im sick and tired submtting the same information. Last week on 30 May I got rejection letter from the insurance, that they wont cover me because the other driver said I was under the influence of alcohol that day and I refused to give assessor the information he requested from me. this matter has been reported to Ombudsman and Im still waiting their response.

What other alternatives on this matter?
