Claim not honoured - going to 4th month.

I had a mv accident on 6th February 2015. It is now 4 months that my claim has not been honoured or settled, nor do i have a motor vehicle which i am still currently paying the loan to the bank and also paying insurance premiums. My broker is Oaksure and underwriter was Santam but now changed to Renasa. The claim amount is R1,4m not settled to date.
