claim for radio

<p>i bought a vw golf mk5 "2nd hand" during february 2015. the vehicle was inspected as per request by my broker egib garrun. upon inspection it had a factory fitted vw radio which at the time in working order. last month april 2016 whilst driving my vehicle it started smoking by the radio. i was then instructed by my insurance to have the radio removed and inspected. which i did. i was then informed to submit the radio to have it inspected by an accessor , which i did. the assesors then sent the radio to a vw (according to my broker) and a report came back that the radio was not for my vehcle. i bought the vehicle "2nd hand" and was not aware that the radio was not for the vehicle. i was informed today 2016-05-23 by my broker that i have to put the radio back in my vehicle (at my own cost), drive my vehicle to and from a nearby vw dealership , +- 500km (at my own cost , and have the vehicle inspected .....</p>
