Claim

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my insurance claim. Initially, my excess was set at R15,000, but this has now been unfairly increased to R30,000. I was told this is because the Bolt driver was using a C1 license code. However, this was never clearly communicated in the policy or during the quote process. I believe this change is unreasonable and feels like a hidden condition. I request that my excess be reviewed and adjusted back to the original R15,000 as per our agreement
