Car Insurance claim

why was the payment to the bank not the same as the one on the letter received from the insurance, there's a shortfall versus the settlement letter also received from the bank.<br> <br> Can someone tell me why is the balance not settled in full & my insurance still went off but my account is not settled in full.If the insurance hasn't settled the account in full, whose supposed to do that?you guys also got the settlement from the bank , but decided to pay your figure don't where did it come from.<br>
