Bheki Makhubu shouldn't be in customer service

Honestly if comfort zone at work was a person, it would be Bheki Makhubu from Renasa.

I have never seen such a person who doesn't have any regard for a customer in my life.

I have never made to feel so little by an *********** individual.

Guess hence insurance companies like MyWay thrive, because they know that their people represent them.
