Bent chassis

On 23 April 2025 I reported that I was involved in an accident. I'm still without my vehicle (13/08/2025) my nissan np300 has a bent chassis and now Renasa wants to replace the chassis. This will change my bakkie from a code 1 to a code 3 vehicle, Renasa doesn't want to write the vehicle off. They say the cost is not grate enough. They state that apparently the Bent chassis was a result of wear and tear. They are making it sound that they are going to fit the chassis out of pity for me. We were driving in the rain on a dirt road and hit a ditch in the road where the rain washed a part of the road away. It wasn't possible to stop on the wet gravel road, it was slippery and on a downhill.
