Bad serviced

We experienced our first burglary ever at our house on the 11th of April 2015.<br> <br> Today is the 26th of May 2015 and we are still waiting for the insurance company to get back to us. <br> This after numerous emails and phone calls.<br> <br> We faithfully paid our premiums every month to make sure that if anything would ever happen then we would be covered/ insured. So, what have we been paying for all this time then???? Have we been throwing money into a bottomless pitt or what?<br> <br> To have someone come into your house while you are asleep and take your personal belongings are extremely traumatic in itself.<br> Then to have to wait for weeks to hear anything from the insurance company only adds to the trauma that we have already experienced.<br> <br> Insurance companies are just eating our money!<br> <br> How long will this still go on?????<br> <br> Suhail P<br> <br> <br> <br>
