Bad service

I have been with NTT insurance since i bought my car 2 years back.I submitted a claim for my wheels which was ******.After numerous follow ups and this is now 2 WEEKS already they advise me that they will replace my wheels..i had to make a loan in the meantime to buy wheels because this is the car i use everyday to get to work..i then asked to be refunded and without any reasoning or listening to me as a customer i was denied..i have to wait for them regardless of the fact that i am in debt now.I phoned the manager who rather asked me why i did not make a loan to rent a car..wow..self centered with a stinky attitude..she did not even try to listen to me as a human being or have sympathy with my situation..i was treated so unfairly and do not suggest people make use of this pathetic insurance company
