Bad service

I had an accident with my motorcycle on the 20th of April 2018. This was my only form of transport to get around, the motorcycle was a written off as it was not economical to repair. I filled in and sent in all claim forms and so on (so I thought). Only on Friday the 18th of May 2018 I received an email stating that I have not signed the last page of the claim form and so I did that. At this point the company has the settlement letter from the finance company already at hand (this letter expires on the 24th of May 2018) . So today the 23rd of May 2018 I followed up regarding payment that needs to be made this was at around 1 in the afternoon. I received an email at half past 3 in the afternoon that I need to sign a (agreement of loss form) this is now more than a month that I have no means of transport I can't go and purchase a car or another motorcycle as the finance companies don't want to finance it before the bike is paid up. How long am i still going to wait before payment will be done? Sick and tired of people not wanting to do the job that they get paid to do.

Another week has gone by and still no payment received by myself or the bank where my motorcycle was financed. I am on the verge of taking further actions against this company. As I have been paying for a service to be delivered to me or at this stage the lack there of.
