BAD HANDELING OF CLAIM - NO PAYMENT

We are insured through First Step Insurance(underwriters), Renasa Insurance.On 29 July my son was in an accident, bakkie was written off. When claimed, every time an issue. They did not check vehicle details wrongly given from bank, only 2days later, after two weeks noticed that accessor did not add canopy and radio, another 3days delay.They said that all insured values will be paid, but they decrease canopy value increased from R8000 to R4100. Pay only R2990 for radio instead of R3500. Only after a huge fight, the canopy amount be rectify. We claim cell phone R8000, but have to pay R950 for replacement or money refund. I signed AOL cellphone Thurday,radio Friday,and bakkie Tuesday. They promised that payment will be done hereafter, but did not receive any.Tuesday, Stefan said at latest today funds be in account. Today, still no payment. This morning again other excuses why payment not be done. We bought another vehicle and pay R30 000 deposit, need to pay instalment, but still no payment from Renasa. Everytime just other excuses why payment was not done. Very bad service from him and bad attitude.
