BAD EXPERIENCE
<p>My vehicle was driven into & damanged whislt parked in a parking lot. The insurance company of the driver whom damaged my vehicle is only paying out a portion of the damage estimate so I have to pay the difference. I am totally dissatisfied.</p>

15 Feb 2017, 15:46We settled TP 100% of what our assessor found to be reasonable for the repairs to TP vehicle. Renasa’s liability to third party is to put him back in the same position he was before collision. A payment over and above what our assessor recommended would have amounted to putting the third party in a better position. We are of the view that the settlement offer (which the third party accepted – release was signed), was fair and reasonable.
