BAD, BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

My insurance broker Stephan Bestbier from Bestplan brokers. RENASA VERSMA INSURANCE COMPANY. My premium is R4500 per month. I have been with RENASA sins 2011 a total of R216000 has been paid towards this institution. I have had 4 claims in the last 4 years. - car accident, fridge that packed up, a handbag that got ******, weather damage to electronics security systems and goods ****** during the security failure. After informing them that I stay in the Easter Free State in South Africa on a plot and that we have a high crime rate. I am branded as the skelems from the Freestate??? This was said by my Broker and RENASA after I queried the delay in this matter. The last claim was submitted at the end of April it took some time seeing that we stay in Reitz a small town not close to any technical support on electronics. I took me three weeks to get the reports that RENASA required. A assessor was appointed after 4 weeks he came to take some photos took the damage goods and left. This was on the 16 June, it is more then a month and a half later and no settlement or replacement. Just empty promises. I have been phoning them once a week, with no results. Please help branded the *****???
