Axsure and Sipho

On the 22 December 2018 I was involved in a car accident as I was not injured I called the insurance for assistance and they send a tow truck for road side assistance. I submitted the claim form on the 29th and also informed them that i needed a courtesy car which was on my schedule. From there, there was no further communication until I made follow up in January the 2nd for a courtesy vehicle which I got on the 3rd January 2019. On the 12th I was informed that my car is written off and they will settle the vehicle and Sipho will be the person handling the claim from there till its finalised. From there it was beginning of a nightmare, called Sipho over 10 times with no response until on the 25th of Jan when i received an email accusing me of non-disclosure of ******** record which they have referred to their legal department. What I did after the email was to go to Police Station for clarification on the matter, I was given prove which cleared me of any ******** record. The information received was then send to the insurance to help them fast-track my claim. To date I have not received any response and every time I need info i am referred to Terrence and Scott who are also not being helpful. No timeframe was given for payment finalisation. I continue to pay for a car instalment that I don’t have. I can already see that AXSURE Administrators only enjoy when they taking my money but when it’s time for them to pay they repudiate. I’m yet to hear or see a person who is happy with their service. Claim number:SPM440438 Sizwe Mzana **********
