Dear Mr Ngcobo

We refer to your complaint received in our offices on even date and write to advise that we have now completed our investigation into the issues raised. Our investigation has established the following:

"We regret to inform you that our insured was not liable for your damages. According to our insured’s description which you also confirmed in your description, our insured was pushed by another vehicle into your vehicle’s rear. Therefore the sole cause of the collision was the party who pushed our insured’s stationary vehicle into your vehicle. Please note that we are also pursuing recovery against the other party who rear ended our vehicle. In light of the above no offer will be forthcoming from us in this matter"

Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of our investigation into the matter you may request that this matter be referred to our head of legal and compliance for consideration. Should you wish to escalate the matter as aforesaid, this must be done within 10 (ten) working days of this letter or the furnishing of reasons for our decision if this has not already been done.
