Refusal To Refund

<p>We paid a proforma invoice to Renaissance Sa Ratings for a certification only to realise it was not a prerequisite for our business as advised by Renaissance Sa Ratings. Numerous attempts have been made to get our money back but have proven futile. They just ignore our emails point blank and its been pillar to post with unending referals.</p>
