Selling **** products and calling security on customers

<p>I went to Remy Roots to buy a brazilian weave. Before even installing it, it shed excessively. When I unwrapped it I realised it had also been cut and that some of the hair strands on the weft were actual white plastic. Clearly I was sold a **** weave under the pretext that was virgin brazilian weave. When I went back to complain she told me "I was nothing special" and called security. Bad customer service and this business sells **** weaves. She couldnt even produce a company registration number.</p>
