Your money is gone with these ones

I was misled by this company. I paid fees totaling R9,500.00 in four instalments, with the final payment made in or about August 2025. After payment was completed, the company ceased communication and failed to respond to my calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages. No services were rendered, no feedback was provided, and no explanation has been given. Despite this, my credit profile still reflects that I am under debt review. I have suffered financial prejudice and accordingly request a full refund of R9,500.00 and immediate correction of my debt review status.
