Trust broken

Good communication in the beginning, didn't have much to complain about besides some delays here and there. I gave them the timeline I was working with and they said they could assist with my removal. I finished paying and now I'm hearing nothing. The email chat link logged off once I finished paying. No one is responding to me in the WhatsApp chat platform. I have called their offices several times and no answer. I feel ****med.
