Remove Debt says they help remove debt review flags. Communication was fine until they received full payment, then they stopped responding on all channels. I tried reporting this to the NCR by phone and email, but was told they need an NCR number, which I don’t have. If companies can keep taking money from unsuspecting consumers and nothing is done, how is this protecting consumers?
