Poor service.

My debt review removal application has been with them for over 4 months and i am still listed. I paid R10 000 up front for their services. I had to transfer my file myself from the previous debt review company, therefore they have not done anything for the R10 000 I paid. They are not responding on their system/WA/eMail and the contact number seems to be inactive. My case is supposed to be worked by Ebrahim but there is no getting hold of him. If only somebody could get back to me.
