No service from remove debt

I am disappointed by remove debt,I started the process with them oct 2023 and I still have not been assisted fully, the last communication from them was on 20 jan 2024 saying that they have received my affidavit and my case is with legal, till to today I have not heard from them, I made full payment to them but they have not done what they said they will do for me
