I am highly disappointed with the service, at first communication was prompt and feedback on each and every stage, once I paid full amount in September, the only sent me the court order that it was done, the only delay is with the NCR, I have been following up with them they last gave me the same response 25 November, ever since their Chat portal is not going through, no response, I feel that they ****med me.
