*****/LIES SELLING/UNTRUTHFULL DEALINGS/HARD REST OF CREDIT FAILURE TO DELIVER

Being disappointed is an understatement as I decided to give them a chance. I was promised to have my past record cleared as I had paid off all debts and only was left with flags from the times I could not pay but later had paid them all off. They said they would initiate a Hard Reset for me and it would take 14-21 days to everything cleared and then after I would be clean and ready to restart my financial life afresh. I was advised that there are 2 methods available for the R6000 fee payable for this reset for which a once off payment is one which will give you a priority status to have your matter attended to you quickly. While I was still yet to pay they were very proactive and communicating and I had provided them with paid up letters to quicken the process. Never did I imagine that almost approaching 60 days now and a process of 14-21 days is not yet resolved. I still cannot apply for anything better than a payday loan. I even told them my immediate goal is to buy a property this year, let alone when they promised that in 14 days things would be done. So for me I am a hundred times dissatisfied especially at the lies that were sold to me in the name of me having to quickly pay R6000 just to be seating with the same issue even after.
