IGNORING CUSTOMERS

Remove Debt tends to go for days without responding to its customers. I have experienced it first hand. They have managed to remove the debt review on me and wife's credit profile, as they claim but we app**** for financing for a vehicle and the banks picked up that we still have or under debt review and they requested a clearance certificate. Getting a clearance certificate from Debt Remove has been an uphill battle. This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and feeling of maybe we've been conned out of our hard earned cash, because how difficult is it to get or send a clearance certificate????
