Failure to Resolve Matter Within Promised Timeline and Complete Breakdown in Communication

I engaged Remove Debt to assist with the removal of my debt review, based on their stated 60–90 business day standard timeline. The timeline was confirmed to begin on 2 July 2025. However, as of mid-November 2025, more than 100 business days had passed with no resolution and no confirmed court date provided within the promised timeframe. Throughout the process, I received multiple updates indicating that: My file had been allocated to an attorney Documents were being prepared The matter was “awaiting a court date” The case was in the “final stages” Despite these assurances, update dates were repeatedly shifted (for example: 5 November → 12 November → 19 November), with no tangible progress communicated. I was later informed that court proceedings were allegedly scheduled for 12 December, but no confirmation, reminder, outcome, or documentation was provided before or after this date. Since then: Calls to their office go unanswered Their WhatsApp contact is no longer working No further communication has been received This has left me completely in the dark regarding whether my matter was heard, postponed, or finalised. The lack of transparency, missed timelines, and complete breakdown in communication after claiming a court date is extremely concerning. At this stage, I am still without clarity or resolution. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to obtain written confirmations, realistic timelines, and clear proof of progress before proceeding.
